ILF20 Hybrid Event


The feedback from our recent virtual event series indicated that many people missed the face-to-face interaction of our usual events. So to close out the year, we’ll be hosting a unique ‘hybrid’ event. Delegates can attend virtually or in physical event hubs, simply select your attendance preference when registering.

This year has been a tumultuous one with COVID-19 impacting economic conditions, business operations, teams and individuals. The disruption of working practices and behaviours has resulted in the accelerated adoption of automation and digitization, increased demand for contractors and gig workers, and more remote work. As such, this event will unpack how companies have adapted leadership and ways of working in response to these changing conditions and how they plan to deliver value in this new normal.
