The Regional Leading Practice Forum is a unique opportunity for industry leaders to come together and share key strategies that directly target increased business and project performance.

The program for the East Coast Regional Leading Practice Forum has been developed by our client-led Steering Committee to address the common challenges we face. The program theme is: ‘High performance in uncertain times’.

This Forum will provide outstanding opportunities to share knowledge, innovative solutions and lessons learnt with regional practice leaders from the hydrocarbons, mining and minerals processing, manufacturing, maintenance, utilities and infrastructure sectors.

Discussion groups following presentations will also provide greater engagement and sharing between attendees and presenters and promote genuine networking and take-away benefits.

Networking breakfasts will be held on the Monday and Tuesday to make the most of the conference from the very start of each day. They will be informal opportunities to discuss similar challenges, learnings and successes with your peers.
