2014 Industry Leadership Forum

Sustaining Success – People, Processes and Professional Collaboration

The Industry Leadership Forum (formerly branded as the Leading Practice Forum) has a proud history of fostering innovation and practices which have directly led to improved business performance.  This year’s Forum will bring together a network of cross-industry leaders to discuss several of the fundamental issues and challenges facing Australian business. The theme, ‘Sustaining Success – People, Processes and Professional Collaboration’, will be addressed throughout the three days.

Rio Tinto’s Cameron Halfpenny, MD Productivity Improvement Australasia, Dr. Sharon Newnam of Monash University and Dan Lillig from ExxonMobil among others will deliver key note presentations around our theme.  Other speakers will address the introduction of more data-driven digital processes, which are designed to improve productivity and lower costs. There will also be a range of targeted sessions led by other international and Australian industry experts on asset management, safety and innovation.
