We live in a time of disruption. We’re witness to drastic and unprecedented changes in technology; finance, labour and consumer markets; government and industry regulation; the environment and more. The unique challenges and demands these disruptions create cannot be solved by extrapolating our past experiences.

Building on last year’s theme of Embracing Change, at ILF18 we will be exploring not only how businesses can endure disruption, but how they can embrace it as a catalyst for business opportunity. This one-day event will explore the disruptions facing our industry and look at the revolutionary and unconventional actions some organisations are taking to imagine a new future of operations.
