THE EVOLVING FUTURE: ADAPTING LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPING CAPABILITY

In an event first, in 2020 the ILF will be hosted virtually. Rather than one or two full-day events, sessions will be presented in weekly 90-minute sessions over 5 weeks.

Each week we will unpack challenges relating to our 2020 event theme, “The Evolving Future: Adapting Leadership and Developing Capability”, within the topics of:

• Care: People and Culture;
• People: Capability and Leadership;
• Harnessing Future Technologies;
• Assets: Sustain and Optimise, and
• Meaningful Collaboration and Engagement.
